If this is your first visit, we'll make sure your paperwork is one less thing to worry about. Once your appointment is scheduled, we'll text and/or email you your new patient forms so you can complete them from your phone or computer — no printing required. This gives us a comprehensive look at your dental and medical history, along with other important background information we need to provide you the best possible results, and it means less time in our waiting room and a faster start to your visit.

This means Dr. Lorenzana is free to recommend and provide the treatment that's genuinely best for you — never limited by an insurance company's network restrictions or coverage guidelines. Payment is due at the time of service, and as a courtesy, we will file your claim with your dental insurance company on your behalf. We're happy to help you understand your benefits and estimate what your coverage may include — just ask our experienced and knowledgeable team.
